A judge should apply the law, and I will be a strict constructionist of the law.  I will not play legal gymnastics with the Rule of Law.  I will not legislate the law from the bench.  The citizens of North Carolina need judges who will apply the law as written. Our constitution and laws need to be applied to protect our children and our future.
